Your area of responsibility:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you play a central role in the smooth handling of private jet check-in and are the first point of contact for our guests and crews. You are the calling card of our company and ensure that every stay at the GAT is a first-class experience. Your tasks include:
- Hospitality at the highest level: welcome our passengers and crews with a warm smile and create unforgettable experiences.
- Coordination with vision: Take responsibility for complex handling processes and ensure that all relevant documents and information are provided on time. Communicate confidently and professionally in German and English - both on the phone and by e-mail.
- Communication interface: Act as the central point of contact between passengers, crews and service providers to ensure that every journey runs smoothly.
- Safety awareness: You monitor all processes around the aircraft and ensure that the highest safety standards are met.
- Administrative competence: You will take on administrative tasks in connection with flight preparation and follow-up and ensure accurate documentation.
Your profile:
You are exactly the right person for our team if you:
- have a strong sense of service and are highly team-oriented.
- have a confident manner and excellent communication skills.
- remain calm even in stressful situations and react flexibly to challenges.
- are willing to work in shifts and have a class B driving license.
- have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
