Job description
Sector: Passenger transportation in aviation, company size: 8 - 9.
We, the BACF, act as handling agents for general aviation flights and at Frankfurt Airport. We take care of the handling of private and business jets and the wishes of crews and passengers. Our workplace is located at the General Aviation Terminal, where we are the first point of contact for crew and guests both on the apron during landing and take-off and in our lounge.
Kurz Aviation Service is a long-established company in the general aviation sector and has two private general aviation terminals in Stuttgart and Cologne. We are now looking for active support for our new station at Frankfurt Airport.
Your area of responsibility:
- Handling of private aircraft
- Organization of all required services on the apron
- Assisting the crew with loading and unloading baggage
- Organization of transport, hotel bookings and catering orders
- Contact person for private airlines, crews and passengers
- Monitoring flights via various systems (parallel processes)
- Invoicing
- Maintenance of the e-mail inbox
- Lounge support
Your profile:
- Experience in aviation and operations, preferably in general aviation is an advantage
- Knowledge of aircraft handling and crew handling is an advantage
- Very high service orientation and communication skills
- Willingness to work irregular hours (shift work) and on-call duty
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Basic IT skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of CFMU and the TOBT procedure at Frankfurt Airport is a plus
- High ability to work in a team and quick comprehension
- Ability to multitask
